Mediacom Readies Fiber Buildouts to Unserved and Underserved Indiana Communities

Nearly $2.4 million in projects to be completed in partnership with Indiana Broadband Office

MEDIACOM PARK, N.Y., Aug. 26, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mediacom Communications today announced plans to complete two broadband projects in Indiana, delivering critical high-speed connectivity to unserved and underserved areas.

The projects, which are expected to be completed within the next 24 months, will result in the construction of more than 30 miles of last-mile fiber infrastructure, bringing fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) service to nearly 400 homes and businesses in the area of Rome City and Wolcottville.
